AdPipe is a Creative Intelligence platform. We use computer vision and performance data to show brands why their creative works and help them scale what does. Our customers include some of the world's leading brands across Hospitality, QSR, CPG, Industrial, Logistics, and Financial Services. We move fast, care about craft, and build things that actually matter to the people using them.

The Role

AdPipe has a sales team. Now we are building the business development function to feed it. We are looking for a senior leader to own that build: someone who has run outbound before, knows how to hire and develop SDRs, and can create a pipeline engine that scales.

This is not a role for a first-time leader. We need someone who has done this before — who has built a business development practice, learned what works, and can move fast because they are not figuring it out for the first time.

What You'll Own — Build the Practice

  • Design AdPipe's outbound motion from scratch: sequences, channels, messaging, and cadence structure
  • Build and manage multiple GTM motions simultaneously — outbound and ABM — and know when to use each
  • Define performance standards and build the systems to measure and improve them
  • Select and implement the tools (sequencer, intent data, enrichment) needed to run a modern SDR org
  • Establish reporting cadences and pipeline forecasting for the leadership team

What You'll Own — Hire and Develop the Team

  • Write the hiring profiles, run the process, and make the calls
  • Onboard and ramp new reps with clear milestones for time to first meeting and time to quota
  • Coach daily. Build a team that gets better every week.
  • Create career paths that retain top performers

What You'll Own — Own the Pipeline

  • Your team is the primary driver of the qualified pipeline number for the sales org
  • Partner closely with marketing on ICP targeting, messaging, and campaign follow-up
  • Work with AEs to ensure hand-offs are clean and conversion rates are strong
  • Track and report on key metrics: meetings set, show rate, pipeline sourced, and conversion to opportunity

What You'll Own — Enable the Team

  • Build and run enablement programs that actually move the needle — not just onboarding decks
  • Teach reps how to map enterprise accounts: how to identify stakeholders, navigate org structures, and sequence outreach across a buying committee
  • Train reps to message by persona (creative lead, performance marketer, ops manager) and by seniority level (VP and above vs. director vs. manager)
  • Get in front of the team regularly. Be the kind of leader they learn from every time you speak.

What You'll Own — Refine the Message

  • AdPipe sells to VP and Director-level marketing and creative leaders at enterprise brands
  • You need to deeply understand what moves them and translate that into outbound that earns a reply
  • Our product is differentiated. Your job is to make that land fast.

What We're Looking For

  • You have led an SDR or BDR team before — more than once. This is not your first time building an outbound motion and you do not need anyone to show you how.
  • You have run multiple GTM motions at once: outbound sequences, ABM programs, and account-based strategies that required coordination across sales and marketing
  • You know how to map an enterprise account — how to identify all the relevant stakeholders, sequence them strategically, and build a thread into a buying committee
  • You can craft and coach messaging that adapts by persona and by seniority level. You know that what works for a VP does not work for a Manager, and you can teach that distinction clearly.
  • You are a world-class enabler. You can stand in front of a team, run a training, coach a call, or lead a workshop — and people leave better than they came in.
  • You operate with autonomy. You set your own direction, manage your own priorities, and do not wait to be told what to do next.
  • You are data-driven and use metrics to make decisions, not just report on them
  • You move fast and adjust faster
  • Bonus if you have experience selling into marketing, creative, or media teams, or have a background in AdTech, MarTech, or enterprise SaaS.
