The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems and data that power our go-to-market motion. This isn't a support role. You'll sit at the center of how we identify, engage, and convert our target accounts and you'll have direct influence on pipeline quality and marketing efficiency.
You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to build and maintain the infrastructure behind our ABM strategy, lead funnel, and reporting.
What You'll Own
Account Selection and ABM
- Build and maintain our target account list in partnership with Sales
- Define and execute account scoring models based on fit, intent, and engagement
- Support ABM campaign analysis and segment performance reporting
Lead Management
- Own lead scoring models and routing rules in HubSpot
- Build and optimize lead funnels from top-of-funnel to SQL
- Ensure clean, reliable attribution across channels and campaigns
Database and CRM Health
- Own the health of our HubSpot database: deduplication, enrichment, segmentation
- Establish and enforce data standards across Marketing and Sales
- Manage integrations between HubSpot and other tools in the stack
Email Marketing
- Build and manage email programs including nurture tracks, lifecycle campaigns, and one-off sends
- Own deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance
- A/B test and optimize for open rate, click rate, and conversion
Reporting and Analytics
- Build dashboards and reports that give leadership clear visibility into pipeline, funnel performance, and campaign ROI
- Surface insights that help the team make faster, smarter decisions
- Own Marketing's contribution to revenue reporting
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS or tech company
- Deep HubSpot expertise: complex workflows, scoring models, sequences, and reporting
- Strong understanding of the B2B demand gen funnel and ABM principles
- Comfortable working with data: pull, clean, analyze, and communicate it clearly
- Experience owning attribution: UTM governance, source tracking, multi-touch models
- Experience with integrations and tech stack management (bonus: Salesforce, Clay, ZoomInfo, 6sense, or similar)
- Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture
- You work well in ambiguity and can build structure where there isn't much
Nice to Have
- Experience in a startup or early-stage environment where you've built programs from scratch
- Familiarity with Apollo, Clay, or Demandbase
- Familiarity with intent data platforms or ABM tools more broadly
- Background supporting an enterprise or mid-market sales motion
