About the Role

AdPipe is helping leading brands scale personalized video across thousands of locations, dealers, and local teams. To support that growth, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager focused on driving adoption and enablement within dealer and “spoke” accounts.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with an Enterprise CSM who owns the parent brand relationship, while you focus on the day-to-day success of local dealer users. Your mission is to help new dealers get up and running quickly, build confidence in the platform, and turn product usage into measurable value.

This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role for someone who loves training, problem solving, and helping users succeed—without needing to own high-level strategy or executive relationships.

What You’ll Own

  • Support a portfolio of dealer and spoke accounts within a hub-and-spoke customer model
  • Lead onboarding and training for new dealer locations and users
  • Drive product adoption through enablement sessions, best practices, and ongoing coaching
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day dealer questions and platform support
  • Monitor usage and engagement, proactively identifying accounts that need additional help
  • Partner with the Enterprise CSM to align dealer activity with broader customer goals
  • Help document common workflows, use cases, and training materials to scale enablement
  • Assist with product updates, feature rollouts, and communication to dealer users
  • Capture customer feedback and share insights with Product and CX leadership

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3+ years in a customer success, account support, training, or client-facing role
  • Experience onboarding and supporting multiple small to mid-sized accounts
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technology clearly and patiently
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage many dealer relationships at once
  • Comfortable leading virtual training sessions and user enablement calls
  • Problem-solver mindset with a focus on helping customers get value quickly
  • Experience working with local marketing teams, franchises, or dealer networks is a plus
  • Based in Atlanta or open to hybrid work
