About the Role

We’re looking for a proven closer to own strategic enterprise deals at AdPipe, someone ready to leave the politics of big SaaS and win high-value deals that move fast and pay big.

At AdPipe, we’re redefining how the world’s top brands approach video. Our AI-powered platform accelerates production, lowers cost per asset, and unlocks high-performing content reuse.

This role is for a high-performing seller who wants fewer internal barriers, faster sales cycles, and direct access to decision-makers.

You’ll be selling into an active pipeline with a product enterprise buyers already want and you’ll have the access, ownership, and support to close strategic deals, accelerate your earnings, and build real equity value.

What You’ll Own

  • Own full-cycle strategic deals with a focus on $1B+ enterprise brands across multiple industries.
  • Drive pipeline development through a mix of warm demand, executive introductions, and outbound strategy leveraging our October event with Dr. Andrew Huberman and Casey Neistat.
  • Run deal cycles from discovery through close, aligning creative, marketing, and production stakeholders to drive urgency and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with leadership to close lighthouse accounts and shape top-down enterprise strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and CX to influence the buyer journey and unlock expansion opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven enterprise seller with 5+ years of full-cycle experience and a track record of closing $100K+ SaaS deals with executive buyers.
  • Someone who’s earned $250K+ OTE consistently and is hungry for more equity, acceleration, and real impact.
  • Skilled in multi-threaded selling across creative, marketing, and production teams at global brands.
  • Confident pipeline builder with precision targeting, compelling outreach, and the ability to open and advance high-value deals.
  • High deal IQ and strong sales instincts—you know how to create urgency, manage timelines, and close with confidence.
  • Collaborates well with cross-functional leaders and thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.
  • Based in Atlanta or open to relocating (hybrid; regular office time and customer travel required).
