About the Role

AdPipe is helping top brands transform how they use video, accelerating timelines, reducing cost per asset, and making creative more scalable than ever before. As enterprise adoption grows, we need CSMs who can turn great implementations into long-term partnerships.

You’ll help customers unlock the full value of AdPipe, faster workflows, scaled creation, and clear results. You’ll manage high-value accounts post-sale, help orchestrate rollouts, deliver business reviews, and guide customers toward outcomes that matter.

This role is for someone who wants more ownership, more access, and more impact. You’ll work closely with our CX leader, Product, and Sales to drive measurable results and long-term retention.

You’ll work on strategic accounts, with a product customers love, in a market that’s moving fast.

What You’ll Own

  • Manage strategic enterprise accounts, building multi-threaded relationships across creative, marketing, and production teams
  • Run onboarding and adoption plans that drive time-to-value and connect directly to the customer’s business objectives
  • Deliver high-impact EBRs that reinforce value, unlock expansion, and build long-term customer alignment
  • Monitor account health and renewals, proactively identifying risk and driving resolution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to shape the customer journey and close the feedback loop
  • Advocate for your customers internally, bringing insights, use cases, and success stories to influence roadmap and growth strategy

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years in a customer success, account management, or client services role in enterprise SaaS
  • Proven track record of owning customer revenue (renewals, retention, or expansion)
  • Confident running executive business reviews and influencing stakeholders across functions and levels
  • Strong operator who can juggle onboarding, adoption, and renewal motion at once.
  • Experience working with creative, marketing, or production teams is a major plus
  • Based in Atlanta or open to relocating (hybrid; regular office time and customer travel required)
