What You’ll Do:

The Senior Customer Success Manager will be critical in managing relationships with AdPipe’s high-value enterprise customers. You will ensure customer satisfaction, drive product adoption, and deliver tangible results. As the main point of contact, you’ll work to understand customer goals, provide strategic guidance, and develop action plans to achieve mutual success.

How You’ll Do It:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop success plans that align with their business objectives.
  • Educate and guide customers in effectively utilizing AdPipe’s platform to meet their marketing needs and ensure value realization.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and renewals, ensuring long-term client success.
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams (sales, product, engineering) to resolve issues, provide feedback, and drive product improvements.
  • Implement and refine AdPipe’s CSM frameworks, including onboarding processes, mutual success plans, and ROI metrics.

Your Knowledge & Expertise

  • Experience: 3+ years of customer success or account management experience, preferably with enterprise clients in a SaaS or Marketing environment.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to manage and grow relationships with large organizations, understanding their challenges and providing tailored solutions.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executives and decision-makers.
  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to addressing customer challenges and optimizing success strategies.
  • Technical Acumen: Comfort with SaaS products, digital marketing platforms, and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
  • Team Collaboration: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead client projects.
